Let’s look at our Digital Engagement Strategies

At this year’s TPAS Housing Conference we will explore digital engagement as a major strategy to change the future of housing.

Social media is over 15 years old, and the pandemic permanently changed attitudes towards digital engagement, particularly amongst young people.   We will be joined by David Wilton, Chief Executive of TPAS Cymru who will explore attitudes and strategies for digital engagement within housing to maximise effective future tenant engagement and communication and make digital more usable for all.

David has led TPAS Cymru’s work in internal digital transformation and is a thought leader in digital engagement techniques in Welsh Housing.

Before joining housing sector 7 years ago, he held several senior management positions in marketing and digital development including Marketing Director at a Web Development agency, Head of Digital Marketing at Legal & General PLC as well as being part of ‘dot com’ start up movement helping uSwitch.com come to market.
