Ng homes provides around 5,400 homes for rent and a factoring service for over 1,200 owners across Springburn, Balornock, Possilpark and Parkhouse, making a positive difference to the lives of people in North Glasgow

Kingdom HA has been working hard over the last 7 years to bring tenant participation up to a high level.  They have undertaken several key areas of review in consultation with tenants, including their new participation strategy, undertaking audits and setting up and supporting tenants to do independent scrutiny.

Tenant participation is at the heart of North Ayrshire Council’s tenant engagement strategy as they are continually focused on improving the standard of housing conditions and the service they offer.

As one of Scotland’s largest providers of 5500 affordable homes from Inverness to West Dunbartonshire, Caledonia Housing Association recognises the importance of tenant engagement and participation, considering the challenges the last two years have brought.

For many years TPAS has worked with and supported the Council and Shetland tenant’s forum to maximize tenant engagement across Shetland.

TPAS supported the Registered Tenants Organisation at Stirling Council Housing Department, keeping them informed of legislation, arranging meetings/events, supporting them with training needs and publicizing their events via social media, internal promotion and external promotion through Council newsletters.

For the past few years, TPAS Scotland has worked with and supported Wellhouse Housing Association to support tenant engagement projects, including working with tenants on rent setting and The Scottish Governments Next Steps programme.
