We had a great response from our membership survey.  We’ve taken your comments and feedback on board and are reflecting these in our services, events and support.

 

Areas you felt our support was strong in include scrutiny, independent advice and staff support, training, tenant engagement, sharing members queries and events. Thank you for saying your membership was good value for money, we’re glad you value our service.  Some of your ideas/feedback we are currently working on;

  • More variety in our training courses (our learning sessions are trying to incorporate a wide range of topics)
  • Member feedback sessions (we have created an advisory group around the Annual Conference and have plans to do this for other services we provide)
  • Continue your digital offering (our learning sessions and webinars are all online)
  • Make member enquiries more focused on tenant involvement (this is difficult as each organisation’s needs are different – but we are considering this one carefully).
  • Update the good practice guides 
  • Provide a hybrid version of our annual conference for people who can’t travel
  • You felt the TPAS Name or logo didn’t need to be refreshed

 

Some of the comments you have shared with us include “TPAS membership offers great value for money and a comprehensive menu of training, events and support. The conference is unrivaled and I have been able to build a network of TP/housing contacts via TPAS. I particularly value the Members’ Enquiries being made online as it is such a useful reference point.”

During COVID it was great to stay in touch with colleagues up and down the country and participate in webinars and training sessions.”
