Tackling Climate Emergency to support Scottish Housing Day

Join us for an exciting 3 days of online events where we will be exploring how we can all play our part in tackling the climate emergency as part of Scottish Housing Day.

Around 15% of Scotland’s carbon emissions are related to the way we heat our homes. The Scottish Government has introduced ambitious targets to reach net zero carbon emissions by 2045 and meeting these targets will involve huge adjustments.

This year’s Scottish Housing Day is focused on encouraging people to think about the role that they and their homes will play in tackling the climate emergency.

Climate Emergency – it’s time for change!

With #Cop26 being held in Glasgow this year, there’s an appetite across multiple organisations to develop strategies for change that can make a real impact on our everyday lives. We are looking forward to our 3 days of interesting speakers and workshops exploring some of the areas that are already making an impact on society and others that will drive positive change in the future.”
