with Callum Chomczuk,
Chartered Institute of Housing

Purpose of the webinar?
To learn about the CIH professional standards, how they are driving improvements in housing practice and how tenants can use the standards as a means to measure practitioners’ performance.

Who is it for?
Tenants and officers who are interested in how and why housing staff should become more professional.

A little more information…
Last year CIH launched its professional standards to enable housing practitioners to think about their professional development needs, how they can contribute to the professionalism of your organisation and how they can improve housing outcomes for their tenants. In this session we will share our findings.

This webinar is a great chance for tenants, landlords and members to hear from the CIH & PAS teams
