Aileen Carson from Aileen Carson Coaching will be delivering an hour long free webinar on Neurodiversity awareness. This session is suitable for all housing Staff and tenants.

Covering the following:

• What is neurodiversity?
• What is covered within the term “neurodiversity”? This includes different types of neurodivergence.
• Spiky profiles – a way of explaining the differences of ability that are associated with neurodivergence.
• Information on strengths and challenges associated with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, dyspraxia, Tourette syndrome.
• Intersectionality – difficulties that marginalised groups have in getting a diagnosis and differences in the way they are treated.
• Impact of neurodiversity – information on common issues and strategies that can be used to help with these.
