For many years Outside the Box has been carrying out community consultations and inclusive evaluations. A good consultation is a powerful tool, connecting people and valuing their knowledge. Evaluations can be simple, meaningful, and empowering. They are also a good way to show the difference your work is making and the impact for communities and people. Too often we can rely only on quantitative data or tick box exercise to learn from our work or gather views. But numbers and ticks can never tell the whole story, sometimes one short story or asking a different question can make a big difference.

During the session you will hear about a range of techniques that out of the box use that are simple to use, accessible and inclusive.
