This session will give an overview of changing the conversations we have with tenants regarding damp and mould and moving away from a blame culture.

The purpose of this session is to look at why it is no longer acceptable to just tell tenants the problems they are experiencing are about lifestyle choices.  It will look at how we can educate tenants around causes of condensation and how they can help to alleviate the problem.
