This session will provide an overview of the rights that tenants and the wider community have to access information from housing associations under Scotland’s freedom of information (FOI) laws.

It will be delivered by staff from the Scottish Information Commissioner, the organisation responsible for promoting and enforcing Scotland’s FOI law.
