We will cover Adverse Childhood Experiences, Trauma, Trauma Informed Practice and speak about them in the context of housing. We will share our learning to date, including impact on tenancy support and sustainment, tenant well-being and practical examples of what we’ve done.

We will also cover the impact of trauma for staff, how facing difficult situations in frontline jobs has an impact on well-being and our ‘Window of Tolerance.
