As development and membership officer, I am responsible for engaging our members and providing advice and support to ensure they are empowered with the knowledge and skills to deliver best practice. I am passionate about working with tenants and landlords to ensure their voices are heard and their hard work is recognised via the TPAS Scotland accreditation scheme. Having worked in housing since 1992, I really understand the needs of the tenants which provides great insight into my role here at TPAS Scotland.
